My Abba

Roman 8:15 (KJV) “For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father: The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are children of God.” 

As a child, My brother and I would tell all of our friends with great passion that our dad could beat up their dad because our dad was strong and had lots of muscles. As an adult that is exactly how I feel about our Heavenly Father.  God is our heavenly father, the holy spirit is the witness that we belong to God. Do you realize how powerful our heavenly father is and you belong to Him! We are his children and there is no greater love. 

God knows how many hairs are on your head, he knows what you are thinking at this very moment, and he knows what your future holds. God is pure power and his wisdom is beyond our understanding. God wants a personal relationship with us, He wants us to talk with him and spend time with him. 

Roberta is a licensed social worker. Her educational training took place at
Mansfield University and Keuka College in the field of social work.

As a new Christian, I had an idea of what I thought my Christian Journey would be like. As I matured in my walk with Christ, I realized I did not have a clue about living righteously. I had no idea about the struggles that I would face, but I learned that God will lead and guide you as long as you surrender everything to Him. I had to learn to pray, praise, and fast my way through the struggles of this world.  God placed in my heart to share my experience as well as some of my insights in the hopes to make other people’s life make sense. As well as to bless someone, with a way of escape so they do not have to remain in a spiritual battle because they can learn to surrender everything to God in prayer.
